Where work requires an ESA notification, the permit is pulled under our ECRA/ESA licence, never as a homeowner permit in your name. We meet the inspector, coordinate the Hydro disconnect and reconnect ourselves, and hand you the ESA certificate your insurer or a future buyer will ask for.
