RadioRA 2 Service & Repairs
RadioRA 2 is installed in a large number of Toronto and GTA homes, and most calls we get about it are service calls rather than new installations: a dimmer that has failed, a keypad that no longer responds, a Main Repeater that has dropped off the network, a system nobody has the credentials for. We service, repair and re-commission existing RadioRA 2 systems and keep them running rather than pushing a replacement.

RadioRA 2 Programming Changes
Homes change. Rooms get renovated, loads get added, keypads end up controlling things that no longer exist. We re-program scenes, re-label and re-engrave keypads, adjust timeclocks and sensor behaviour, and reorganize the app so the system matches how the house is actually used now.
Expanding an Existing RadioRA 2 System
Existing RadioRA 2 systems can be extended — additional dimmers and keypads, new rooms, motorized shades, and thermostat and voice integration — provided the system has capacity. We assess what the existing system supports and tell you honestly when expansion makes sense and when moving to the current platform is the better investment.
